    Il nuoto ha regalato emozioni intense fin dalle prime gare olimpiche a Parigi. Nella staffetta maschile 4×100 stile libero, l’Italia si è aggiudicata il bronzo, portando a casa la prima medaglia del nuoto per il Paese. Nonostante non sia riuscita a confermare l’argento ottenuto a Tokyo 2020, gli azzurri hanno lottato fino all’ultimo metro contro l’Australia. Gli Stati Uniti hanno dominato la gara con un tempo di 3:09.28, quasi un secondo e mezzo più veloci dell’Italia.

    L’Italia ha cambiato solo il terzo staffettista, inserendo Conte Bonin al posto di Zazzeri, mentre Miressi, Ceccon e Frigo sono rimasti gli stessi. Il bronzo ha lasciato un pizzico d’amaro in bocca nonostante il coach Butini abbia elogiato i ragazzi definendoli “splendidi” e guardando fiducioso al futuro con l’inserimento di Conte Bonin, classe 2002. Ceccon è stato definito “strepitoso” e si è detto molto contento del risultato.

    Nicolò Martinenghi si è qualificato per la finale nei 100 rana con un tempo di 59.28, mentre Samele ha conquistato un bronzo storico nello scherma sotto gli occhi del Presidente Sergio Mattarella. Dopo l’argento a Tokyo 2020, Samele si è emozionato e commosso per la vittoria, diventando il primo campione di sciabola italiano a conquistare due medaglie olimpiche in due edizioni consecutive. “Non bisogna mai smettere di sognare”, ha dichiarato il fuoriclasse.

    La prima medaglia dell’Italia a Parigi è arrivata nel ciclismo su strada con Filippo Ganna, che si è aggiudicato l’argento nella crono battuto solamente dal belga Remco Evenepoel. Ganna ha espresso un pizzico di rammarico per non aver conquistato l’oro, ma ha promesso di continuare a dare il massimo insieme al resto del team per raggiungere l’obiettivo prefissato di superare il record di medaglie di Tokyo.

    Il nuoto e lo sport italiano hanno regalato spettacolo e emozioni nella prima giornata delle Olimpiadi di Parigi, con traguardi storici e campioni che hanno fatto vibrare il cuore degli appassionati. Le speranze sono alte e la determinazione palpabile, con atleti pronti a dare il meglio di sé per portare l’Italia sul tetto del mondo sportivo.
