A Call to Synodality and Action
Looking ahead, Fr. Jovito emphasized the importance of fostering a synodal Church in Timor-Leste, where the faithful actively participate in the Church’s mission and live out their faith in unity with the Pope. He believes that the theme of the papal visit, “May your faith become your culture,” will inspire Timorese Catholics to embody their faith in their daily lives.
