Welcome to the official blog of the Zayed Award for Human Fraternity!
The Higher Committee of Human Fraternity is excited to announce that nominations are now open for the prestigious 2026 Zayed Award for Human Fraternity. This award aims to recognize outstanding contributions to fraternity, coexistence, and tolerance.
Established in February 2019, the Zayed Award was inspired by the historic meeting between Pope Francis and the Grand Imam of Al-Azhar, which led to the publication of the joint Document on Human Fraternity. Named in honor of the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, the award is sponsored by the United Arab Emirates.
