He then engaged in work activities.
The statement from the Holy See Press Office on Thursday evening provides an update on the Pope’s treatment for bilateral pneumonia at Rome’s Gemelli Hospital. After being admitted on Friday, 14 February, following bronchitis, the Pope is now on the road to recovery.

In a separate announcement, the Press Office shared that the Jubilee Audience scheduled for Saturday, 1 March, has been cancelled.
