Trump Plans to Discuss End of Ukraine War with Putin
President Trump has expressed his intention to speak with Russian President Vladimir Putin tomorrow to discuss ending the war in Ukraine, as reported by US media.
“I will be speaking with President Putin on Tuesday. We have worked a lot over the weekend,” Trump told reporters on Air Force One during a night flight back from Florida to the Washington area. “We want to see if we can end this war. Maybe we will succeed, maybe not, but I think we have a great chance,” the tycoon added.

“We will talk about lands. We will talk about power plants,” Trump said when asked about concessions. “I think we have already discussed a lot from both sides, Ukraine and Russia. We are already talking about it, dividing some assets.”
“We will see if we have something to announce, maybe by Tuesday (tomorrow),” added the American president, as reported by CNN.

Hungary: ‘No to Kallas Plan, Unacceptable Obstacle to Peace’
“At Brussels, the pro-war position continues to prevail. In today’s meeting of the Foreign Affairs Council, a package of financial aid of at least 20 billion euros for Ukraine is being prepared. We will not be dragged into this matter and will not allow Hungarian taxpayers’ money to be used to finance arms supplies to Ukraine,” wrote Hungarian Foreign Minister Péter Szijjártó in a Facebook post from the Foreign Affairs Council in Brussels.
“We, on the other hand, support peace negotiations. Thanks to President Trump, the hope for peace has never been closer in the last three years than it is now, which is why Brussels’ intention to make peace negotiations impossible is unacceptable,” he added.
