Welcome to Jude Church in New Lenox, Illinois!
Reflecting on the National Eucharistic Congress:
Although I couldn’t be there in person, witnessing it online was truly a magnificent experience.
It’s important to share the message of hope and life-giving experiences with others. Each of us plays a vital role in spreading this message to the world.
There is a lot of positivity and hope around us that we can all be a part of.
Thoughts on Pope Francis:
One of the most impactful moments for me was Pope Francis’ homily on showing mercy to the woman caught in adultery. This reflects his deep commitment to justice and mercy for all, particularly the marginalized and downtrodden.
Francis’s core belief in helping the most vulnerable in society shapes his actions and decisions, resonating with the true essence of the Gospel.
On the Election of Pope Francis:
While I wasn’t present at the conclave, I firmly believe that Pope Francis was chosen by the College of Cardinals in 2013 because he is the leader the Church needs at this moment in history. Different times call for different leaders, and the Holy Spirit guides us in this selection process.
Despite any challenges or uncertainties, we must trust in the Holy Spirit’s guidance, knowing that the Church is always under its protection.
