Embark on a captivating journey into the traditional tangos with A los Maestros. A versatile and enchanting formation that blends the passionate sound of Fabio Furia’s bandoneon with the virtuosity of Alessandro Deiana’s guitar.

In “A los maestros“, the title of the duo’s CD, all the songs are based on the style and arrangements of two historic “Duo” pairs, Osvaldo Montes and Anibal Arias, and Julio Pane with Juanjo Dominguez.

It is a repertoire deeply romantic, nostalgic, refined, and engaging, reinterpreted and combined with the personal musical taste of the two artists. A journey that marks the evolution of this beloved musical genre, from traditional to avant-garde and its highest nobility.

Many of the songs presented here, starting from a strong popular connotation, have crossed the boundaries of tango, landing in the most prestigious concert halls in performances by the most important interpreters of classical, lyrical, and jazz music.
