Welcome to Romadailynews Radio News, your go-to source for the latest updates. Good evening from the newsroom, I’m Giuliano Ferrigno. Tonight’s headlines start with a mass attack in Ukraine by Russia, with over 40 missiles hitting various cities, resulting in 20 deaths and 50 injuries. The Ministry of Interior reported 9 deaths and 23 injuries in Pereide, including the largest pediatric medical center in Ukraine being struck. The devastation has left many trapped under rubble, calling for global solidarity to end Putin’s reign of terror.

Moving on to France, where the left-wing coalition, Nouveau Front Populaire, won a record-breaking 66.63% in the legislative elections. Despite the victory, a majority in the National Assembly remains uncertain, leaving room for potential alliances to shape the new government. Macron’s stability is key to the country’s future, as tensions rise within the political landscape.

In the United States, Joe Biden faces mounting pressure within the Democratic Party, as calls for President Trump’s swift departure escalate following their disastrous televised debate. Biden’s recent campaign efforts in Pennsylvania seek to secure the crucial support of key Democratic figures, hinting at potential shifts in the race.

On a different note, Boeing has reached a settlement with the Department of Justice, admitting guilt in the 737 Max plane crash investigations. The $243.6 million fine marks a significant step in seeking justice for the 340 lives lost in the tragic incidents.

Thank you for tuning in to Romadailynews Radio News. Stay tuned for the next edition.
